Bravo Picks Up Reveille Series on Search for Talented Stylists

NEW YORK, October 25: Bravo today announced the pickup of Top
Hair
, an eight-episode series from Reveille
that sets out to find the next great hairstylist, with the winner taking home
$100,000.

Previously in development as Heads Up, the tentatively titled Top Hair will take the most talented hairstylists from around
the country and will narrow them down as they compete in a series of weekly
challenges. Casting is currently underway in New York City, Los Angeles, San
Francisco, Dallas, Chicago and Miami.

In making the announcement, Lauren Zalaznick, the president
of Bravo, noted, "Our critically acclaimed reality competition series are
marked by talented contestants and highly creative challenges. It's exciting to
present our viewers with another group of gifted creators—in this case
stylists—to showcase their craft as well as the high-stakes drama during
their competitive journey."

Talent-search competitions have been a tremendous success
for Bravo with Project Runway, which
recently ended its third season, and Top Chef, currently in its second season.

In other Bravo news, the NBC Universal-owned cable network
has upped Amy Introcaso-Davis to SVP of development and production.
