GameTap Expands to Canada

ATLANTA, October 17: Turner Broadcasting System’s broadband
entertainment network GameTap has launched in Canada, with plans to roll out in
several English-speaking markets throughout 2007.

Beginning today, GameTap is being offered across Canada for
$6.95 per month or, for a limited time, a full year commitment of $59.40. GameTap
is making available its more than 600 games and original online shows in
Canada, where consumers spent $765 million on hardware, games and accessories
in 2005. Canada has broadband penetration of 77 percent, which ranks 8th
worldwide.

"Going international is our biggest milestone to date
and a testament to where the future of game distribution is heading," said
Stuart Snyder, the SVP and general manager of GameTap. "We are committed to growing not
only via an international audience, but by also increasing the product catalog
including the addition of original and episodic games."
