FOX Entertainment Studios Rounds Out Senior Leadership Team

FOX Entertainment Studios (FES) has upped Dana Tafoya-Cameron to executive VP and head of Bento Box Entertainment and animation, while Michelle Huynh has been named executive VP of studio content operations.

“These two proven leaders make our strong leadership team even stronger,” said Fernando Szew, president and head of FOX Entertainment Studios. “With a world-class senior team now in place, we’ll leverage the power of FOX to continue building a modern content studio, where bold storytelling and innovative production come together to shape what’s next in entertainment.”

Szew’s senior management team includes Allison Wallach, head of unscripted entertainment, and Hannah Pillemer, head of scripted entertainment.

Tafoya-Cameron has more than 30 years of experience in animation production and studio management, overseeing hit animated series such as Krapopolis, Grimsburg, Universal Basic GuysBob’s Burgers and The Great North. She was previously head of production at Bento Box. Prior to FES, Huynh held multiple leadership positions at Netflix, including global head of systems, workflows and technology.

“As the new head of Bento and our growing animation slate, Dana steps into the role previously held by Brett Coker, a highly respected animation veteran who helped start Bento Box in 2009 and announced his retirement this summer, leaving behind a legacy of creative excellence and outstanding leadership,” added Szew. “We thank Brett for his countless contributions, wish him well and know he leaves the studio in the best of hands as Dana continues to grow Bento Box as a hub for creator-driven content and innovation in the animation space.”
