International Emmys Announce Celebrity Presenter Lineup

NEW YORK: Michael Douglas and Elizabeth McGovern are among the celebrities set to present at this year's International Emmy Awards, which are being hosted by Egyptian satirist Bassem Youssef.

Organized by the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, the gala is taking place November 23 at the Hilton New York. Award-winning actor Michael Douglas will take to the stage to present the International Emmy Directorate Award to Richard Plepler, chairman and CEO of HBO. Douglas won an Emmy and a Golden Globe for his turn in the HBO original movie Behind the Candelabra. Julian Fellowes will be presented with the International Emmy Founders Award by Elizabeth McGovern (who plays Downton Abbey's Lady Cora) and Gareth Neame, the show's executive producer.

Other presenters lined up include The Bold and the Beautiful’s Karla Mosley, The Blacklist’s Mozhan Marnó, The Americans’ Holly Taylor, Madam Secretary's Patina Miller, The Walking Dead’s Tovah Feldshuh, Filipino actor Piolo Pascual, Brazilian actress and producer Leandra Leal, Portuguese actor Lourenço Ortigão and German comedian Anke Engelke.
