VICE to Launch Digital Sports Channel

NEW YORK: VICE has unveiled a new video network aimed at young men and dedicated to sports, VICE Sports, set to launch in June.

The channel, revealed by VICE during its NewFronts presentation, will feature premium video that tells stories off the field and showcases important moments in sports history. The programming lineup includes VICE World of Sports, which focuses on worldwide sports culture.

VICE also revealed during its NewFronts presentation some other new shows, including Toxic, a series for the VICE News channel about the amount of trash humans have generated on Earth. Motherboard Roundtable is an upcoming tech talk show. There's also a third season of Fresh Off the Boat with chef Eddie Huang for the newly created MUNCHIES channel, done in partnership with FremantleMedia.
