Miramax Expands Global Sales Team

SANTA MONICA: A number of new appointments have been made within Miramax, as the company continues to grow its international sales organization. 

Mathilde Rottier has been named VP of worldwide television, while Stuart Shaw joins as director of international sales and marketing. Astrid De Berardinis and Alexandra Tullberg have been appointed to director of sales roles. 

Rottier will be based at the Santa Monica headquarters. Previously the VP of MGM Worldwide TV Group, Rottier will now be responsible for select territories for Miramax and select digital partners. Shaw previously worked for Paramount Home Entertainment as commercial director for the Asia Pacfic and commercial manager for EMEA. At Miramax, Shaw will be based in the London office and will work to maximize and coordinate international sales and marketing activities. 

De Berardinis will serve European territories, including France, Italy and Spain, and will be based at the London sales office. She comes to Miramax from CBS Studios in Rome, where she was director of sales. Tullberg will also serve European territories, including the U.K. and Nordic region, also based at the London hub. Prior to Miramax, Tullberg served as regional sales manager for Europe at Paramount Pictures in London.

They will serve as key sales liaisons with European and Middle Eastern providers as we introduce our lasting and modern films to many territories for the first time.”
