Cineflix Sets Up L.A. Base

LOS ANGELES: Cineflix Media has tapped reality series showrunner Lisa Levenson, whose credits include The Bachelor, to oversee its new Los Angeles office as executive VP of programming.

Running the new L.A. base—which opens next week—Levenson will report to Simon Lloyd, the CEO of programming for Cineflix Media. She is charged with generating business for new and returning reality series. “Lisa is a creative force to be reckoned with and is an exciting addition to our senior programming team,” said Lloyd. “We have already had considerable success on the East Coast with an extensive slate of returning series from our Toronto and New York offices. We look forward to Lisa building on that success and creating a string of cable and network hit shows out of L.A.”

Levenson added, “Cineflix has earned the reputation for producing high-quality content that travels well around the world and I’m honored to be launching our L.A. office.”
