Disney EMEA Lines Up New Preschool Series

LONDON: The new preschool series Mouk is headed to Disney Junior channels across EMEA this fall.

 

The Walt Disney Company EMEA has inked a multi-territory deal for the show with Millimages. The agreement covers rights for the U.K., France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Benelux, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The 62 episode 11-minute animated series features two globetrotting friends who explore the world on their bicycles.

Beth Gardiner, the VP of production at Disney Junior EMEA, noted, “Mouk is a fantastic addition to the high quality content on Disney Junior and underscores our ongoing commitment to provide global programming with creative production companies from markets across Europe. The characters are endearing and we hope that Mouk will open up preschoolers to the world and its possibilities.”
