Russian Deals for Twentieth Century Fox Formats

CANNES: Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution has signed format deals in Russia on It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Bones, Tru Calling and Malcolm in the Middle.

Russia’s TNT went for It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, with local casting currently under way. Konstantin Krukov is the first name attached to the project, which is now in the process of having the series pilot produced.
 
CTC is doing local productions for Malcolm in the Middle and Bones. Both are now in development for Russian audiences.
 
TV 3 ordered 20 episodes of Tru Calling, with Elena Pirogova (Wild River) in the lead role. The Russian treatment will make its debut in 2012.

We’re thrilled to see them come to life for Russian viewers.”
