Psychiatrist Dr. Janet Taylor Joins The Jeremy Kyle Show U.S.

NEW YORK: Psychiatrist and media personality Janet Taylor is on board to lead the guest support services team on The Jeremy Kyle Show, a new conflict-resolution talk show from distributor Debmar-Mercury and producer ITV Studios America.

Jeremy Kyle, the U.K.’s top-rated daytime talk-show host, is coming to American audiences. The weekday series will premiere September 19 on leading stations, including those of the FOX, Sinclair, CBS, Hearst, Cox, Newport and CW Plus broadcast groups. It will be broadcast in more than 90 percent of the country.

Taylor and her staff of clinical social workers will screen potential guests and guide, advise and educate them.

“Our high level of guest support services will set us apart from others and is very important to me,” Kyle said. “I can think of no one better than Dr. Taylor, who has impeccable credentials, to lead this effort. While our goal is be to be entertaining, we also want to improve lives by setting our guests on the right paths.”
