Cineflix Secures Rights to A Gypsy Life for Me

LONDON: Cineflix International Distribution has picked up the international distribution rights to the Daisybeck Productions series A Gypsy Life for Me.

The 8×1-hour series was produced for A+E Networks’ Bio channel and takes a look at gypsy way of life and entertainment involving performing horses, singing and dancing. It attempts to dispel myths surrounding gypsy culture.

“We received lots of interest in this title from a number of leading distributors, but in the end we felt that Cineflix International would be the best choice to take this series to market, given their recent successes in factual and factual entertainment programming for British production companies,” said Paul Stead, the managing director of Daisybeck Productions. “We felt we were on the same page about the potential of this particular brand and they really get what the show is all about.”
