LISBON: As of July 1, FOX International Channels’ FOX Movies network will be available on all major pay-TV platforms in Portugal.

The 24-hour movie network is available free-to-air in the Middle East and North Africa and as a pay-TV service in Japan and now Portugal.

Reaching more than 50 million homes, it will offer up, this summer, releases like the X-Men and Lara Croft franchises, plus Juno and The Queen, among others. Titles are drawn from the 20th Century Fox library.

FOX Movies is part of a portfolio of more than 180 wholly- and majority-owned pay-TV channels distributed by FIC across Latin America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. These reach more than 300 million unique subscribing households worldwide.
