NEW YORK: Jeff Li has been tapped for the newly created role of VP of Syfy Ventures, to helm the launch of the social gaming business, manage the expansion of the games portfolio and support additional business initiatives.

Li was most recently VP of corporate strategy and development at NBCUniversal. During that time, Li oversaw numerous initiatives to expand NBCUniversal’s share of the video gaming market.
