3net to Launch Slew of New 3D Programs

CULVER CITY: 3net is planning to roll out an unprecedented number of original native 3D programs throughout June, across a number of general-entertainment genres.

Among the new programs are the nature and animal series African Wild and Feeding Time. In the way of action-adventure series there’s High Octane and Live Fire. China Revealed and Jewels of the World spotlight various global destinations. Building the Brand goes behind the scenes of some of the world’s biggest brands, while Experience 3D offers a look at dynamic experiences and locations. In the Qube brings viewers the latest new on what’s new in 3D.

"As we kick off 3net’s fourth full month on-air, we are furthering our efforts to provide the breadth and scope of compelling, native 3D content we’ve offered to consumers of this emerging medium since the network’s debut," said Tom Cosgrove, the president and CEO of 3net. "As well, we are further solidifying the leadership position of our joint venture partners in the 3D space by offering the kind of quantity and quality of programming that drives in-home 3D adoption and combats the misconception that in-home 3D offerings are scarce."
