Function[x] Adds Four Execs to Management Team

NEW YORK: Robert Sillerman’s Function[x] has hired four new executives, including the appointment of a CMO and CTO.

Chris Stephenson joins as chief marketing officer. Prior to joining Function[x], Stephenson was CMO at Interscope Records, and previously held posts as general manager of global marketing at Microsoft Entertainment and senior VP of marketing for MTV and VH1.

Geir Magnusson is the new chief technology officer. He has held engineering positions at Gilt Groupe as chief architect and VP of platform engineering.

Greg Consiglio was hired as head of business development for Function[x], while previously he was executive VP at Ticketmaster Entertainment.

Mike Sommers is the new head of product. He joins Function[x] from his former post of executive VP for KickApps.
