Telefe Highlights L.A. Screenings Slate

BUENOS AIRES: Telefe International is highlighting a slate of offerings for the L.A. Screenings that includes The One, A Year to Remember and Superclumsy.

The One, which is produced by Telefe and El Arbol, is a 150×1-hour telenovela starring Argentinian actors Pablo Echarri, Leticia Bredice and Lito Cruz. The series features an ambitious and arrogant lawyer who wins a trial and is awarded a life-changing trip to Spain, during which he meets an irresistible, idealistic female lawyer.

In the 150×1-hour romantic comedy series A Year to Remember, an unhappily married woman has the opportunity to go back one year in time, altering her life as she makes new decisions.

Meanwhile, Superclumsy is a 26×30-minute children’s comedy, starring Candela Vetrano and Pablo Martínez. The show centers on a teenage heroine who dreams about being a singer, making her neighbor fall in love with her and saving the world.

Telefe is also offering 80’s Crush, the 13×1-hour series about a man who attempts to recover his sense of life by living out his teenage fantasies.

Rounding out Telefe’s roster of shows is The Legacy, a game-show format that has aired in a number of countries, including Argentina, France, Turkey, Spain, Portugal Greece and Uruguay.
