MTV International Commissions Prank Show

LONDON/NEW YORK: The hidden-camera prank show Flash Prank has been commissioned by MTV International from the U.K.’s Splash Media.

The 10×30-minute show will feature real-life pranks, and is set to air on MTV channels in the U.K., Australia and New Zealand, as well as across Europe, Asia and Latin America starting in October.

David Booth, the senior VP of content and programming for MTV International, who ommissioned the show, said: "We are delighted to commission Flash Prank, a smart, slick and edgy novel format with Splash in creating a new innovative, hybrid entertainment show which will feature scaled up laugh-out-loud real life pranks.”
