eOne Adds to Haven Cast

NEW YORK/LOS ANGELES/LONDON: Vinessa Antoine, who has appeared on Being Erica and Soul Food, has signed on to a recurring role in season two of Haven, Entertainment One’s series for Syfy in the U.S., Showcase in Canada and Universal Networks International.

Antoine plays a con artist and former love interest of Eric Balfour’s character, Duke Crocker. This latest casting announcement follows news that Jason Priestley will join the show this season to direct one episode and guest star in a four-episode story arc. They join other returning cast members Emily Rose as Audrey Parker and Lucas Bryant as Nathan Wuornos. The show is based on The Colorado Kid from Stephen King. Season two production kicks off tomorrow in Nova Scotia with a tentative summer 2011 debut.

Worldwide distribution rights are held by Entertainment One, with Germany’s Tele München Group tapped to handle television rights in Continental Europe.
