David Brenner Named Shankly CEO

WEST HOLLYWOOD: Shankly Productions has upped David E. Brenner from executive VP to CEO.

Brenner will oversee all of the company’s development, finance, production and distribution activities. He is replacing Leon Logothetis, who has become executive chairman of Shankly.

Prior to joining Shankly Productions in 2007, Brenner was a business and legal affairs executive at Lionsgate Entertainment and director of international distribution at Alliance Atlantis Pictures International.

“We have ambitious plans for the growth and development of Shankly in its chosen markets,” said Brenner. “As part of the Libra Group which has offices in 18 locations across four continents, we are able to bring a global perspective and a sound commercial foundation to our activities.”
