PARIS: A number of broadcasters have signed up to air The DaVincibles through deals signed by Moonscoop.

Spain’s TVE, Disney Channel in Benelux and Portugal’s Dreamia picked up the animated series. In the Middle East, MBC snapped up the show, as did Noga in Israel. These new agreements follow on recent sales in Asia to Thailand’s Truvisions and Malaysia’s NTV7. The series is co-created and co-produced by Moonscoop and Zodiak Active. Rai Fiction, SLR Productions, Telegael, Big Animation, Verve Communications, Top Draw Animation and Agogo Entertainment are also on board as co-production partners, and broadcast deals have been signed with France’s Gulli and Seven in Australia.

Lionel Marty, the president of worldwide sales at Moonscoop, said: “Animation for this demographic can be challenging in terms of finding story lines and characters that resonate with kids worldwide, but this series is really demonstrating its international appeal with these new and recent deals across the globe.”
