ABC Family Orders More Pretty Little Liars, Secret Life

PASADENA: The Secret Life of the American Teenager is returning for a fourth season on ABC Family, which also gave a second-season order for Pretty Little Liars.

The Secret Life of the American Teenager ranks as ABC Family’s number one original series of all time. The program was 2010’s number one scripted cable series in women 18 to 34 and females 12 to 34. The recent debut of Pretty Little Liars posted series highs in total viewers with 4.2 million, becoming ABC Family’s number two telecast of all time in women 18 to 34 and females 12 to 34. 2010 marked ABC Family’s most-watched year ever.

The third season of The Secret Life of the American Teenager returns with all-new episodes on March 28, while season four is tentatively slated for summer 2011. Pretty Little Liars is currently airing in its freshman run, Mondays at 8 p.m., and is tentatively set to return in its second season in summer 2011.
