PASADENA: Lifetime Television is launching a trio of new reality series in February, alongside the recently announced Heidi Klum project Seriously Funny Kids and the TV movie Amanda Knox: Murder on Trial in Italy.

The half-hour series Seriously Funny Kids watches as Klum, the supermodel host of Lifetime’s Project Runway, interacts with children and brings out the humorous and insightful things they say. The show debuts February 1 at 9 p.m. with back-to-back episodes, with 20 episodes set to air in total.

Following the debut of Seriously Funny Kids is the hospital docu-series One Born Every Minute, at 10 p.m. The 8×1-hour show takes an in-depth look at life inside the maternity ward at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

Also on the February sales is the family reality series Quad Squad (working title). The series, set to debut on February 9 at 9 p.m., follows a set of identical quadruplet sisters as they juggle their final year of high school. At 10 p.m., the channel will debut the workplace docu-series Glamor Belles. The six half-hour episodes are set in Joann’s Gowns, a small town yet nationally renowned pageant gown shop in Tennessee.

Later in the month, on February 21, Lifetime premieres the new original movie Amanda Knox: Murder on Trial in Italy. The movie stars Hayden Panettiere (Heroes, I Love You, Beth Cooper) and Marcia Gay Harden (Into the Wild, Pollock) and tells the real-life international headline-grabbing story of the American exchange student who is accused by Italian authorities of brutally killing her roommate. Directly following the 10 p.m. premiere of the movie, at 11 p.m. Lifetime will air the hour-long documentary Beyond the Headlines: Amanda Knox. The special will feature Amanda’s mother, father, friends, investigators, prosecutors and legal scholars.
