Imira Lines Up New Licensees for Sandra, The Fairytale Detective

BARCELONA: A number of new licensees are on board for Imira Entertainment’s Sandra, The Fairytale Detective, which is currently airing on Clan TV in Spain.

Invercas has signed up for party items, including piñatas, head banners, bags and boxes for candy. Comansi has licensed the L&M rights for plastic figures, board games and soft balls. Nova Azimat has been awarded the license for toy candy, novelty candy and pop marshmallows. Copywriter Europe will launch backpacks, bags, stationery and a can of crayons. The license for trading cards and games, fotocards, stick & stack, stick & story, stick & puzzle and stick & color books to Panini.

Laura Navarro, the licensing manager for Spain and Portugal at Imira Entertainment, said: “Sandra is proving very popular on Clan TV and already has built a considerable fan base. These deals will help build on the existing broadcast, publishing and home entertainment presence in Spain and Portugal.”

Sandra, The Fairytale Detective is a co-production between Imira Entertainment, RTVE and DQ Entertainment.
