Food Network UK Celebrates First Birthday with iPhone App

LONDON: Launching on the heels of the channel’s one-year anniversary, the new Food Network UK iPhone app features professionally-tested recipes and how-to videos from a number of the world’s best-known chefs.

Food Network UK in the Kitchen allows users to search for recipes and seasonal ingredients by show, chef or keyword. iPhone users can then share recipes and customize shopping lists with friends via email, Facebook and Twitter. The app also allows users to browse a daily TV schedule, get essential kitchen tools and access step-by-step instructions and how-to videos.
