GlassBOX Completes travel + escape Purchase

TORONTO: GlassBOX Television has completed its acquisition of the specialty channel travel + escape from CTV, following the recent CRTC approval of the transaction.

The physical broadcast operations of the service will continue at CTV under a transitional services agreement until fall 2011. The channel features series such as Anthony Bourdain No Reservations, Stratusphere, Hospitality Guide, Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern and Life’s a Trip.
