LOS ANGELES: Three pilots have been given the greenlight, though cast-contingent, by USA Network, which has made a total of six pilot orders in 2010.

Eden, from Universal Cable Productions, follows a young hotel worker who, with the help of his escaped con artist cousin, gets a job at an elite NYC hotel. Together they manage to provide the guests with whatever they want, at whatever cost.

Over/Under, from Fox Television Studios in association with Universal Cable Productions, centers on a day trader with a massive gambling problem. He is fired from his job after a bad trade costs his firm millions. He winds up in a neighborhood on the cusp of gentrification and starts to turn his life around in an unexpected way.

Also from Fox Television Studios, Wild Card is a procedural about people behaving badly in Las Vegas. Two very different lawyers handle the type of problems that happen in the night in Sin City.

These pilots join USA’s slate of other recently greenlit projects, including Common Law, Necessary Roughness and A Legal Mind.

"Our creative team has done a fantastic job developing shows that live in our brand environment, and also push the envelope of audience expectations," said Jeff Wachtel, the president original programming USA and co-head, original content at Universal Cable Productions. "We’re committed to building the next generation of hits—and these shows hold that level of promise."
