Azteca America Names VP of Production & Entertainment

LOS ANGELES: Roberto Romagnoli has been named VP of production and entertainment at Azteca America and will further take on the role of director of production and entertainment for TV Azteca.

With his current responsibilities, Romagnoli will report to Alberto Santini Lara, the executive VP of production, programming and marketing for Azteca America and general director for Azteca 13. Romagnoli started his television career with production projects at TV Azteca in 1999, including the talk show Cosas de la Vida.

"Roberto is one of the most prominent executives in Spanish-language television, with over of a decade of successful programming for audiences in Mexico, the U.S. and Argentina. His leadership will further strengthen strategic areas of production in Azteca America and Azteca 13," said Santini."
