ZDF, Rai Sign Up For Mia and Me

CANNES, October 5: Rainbow and m4e have inked deals that will bring the new kids’ series Mia and Me, launched at MIPCOM this week, to ZDF and Rai Fiction.

Co-produced by Lucky Punch, a joint venture between m4e AG and Gerhard Hahn; Rainbow S.p.A. and March Entertainment, with German broadcaster ZDF, the show fuses live action and animation and is geared to kids aged 6 to 10.

The 26×24-minute show is scheduled to be delivered to broadcasters in 2011. International distribution is handled by Telescreen, m4e and Rainbow.
