Belly Button Buddies Leads Off Canamedia Slate

TORONTO: One of the highlight offerings from Canamedia for MIPCOM is the recently completed preschool live-action series Belly Button Buddies. 

The 13×5-minute series has a theme of play. There is no dialogue, but the story is told through mime, music and sound effects. 

Also in the Canamedia catalogue are Fresh Life, a healthy lifestyle and cooking show; Fraud Squad, an investigative crime series; Faces of a Vanishing World, featuring portraits of indigenous cultures on the brink of extinction; and My Green Home, an eco-design program. Further highlights include Wine Cents, The Aviators, Struggle for Justice and Andy Warhol’s Factory People. Planet Luxury and Angry Planet top off the slate.
