Canal + 3 stars Joins TV Numeric

PARIS: Canal + 3 stars, comprised of Canal + HD, Canal + Cinema and Canal + Sport, will be available starting in November within the TV Numeric pay-DTT package.

The Canal + offerings will be on the latest generation of HD endpoints available from the beginning of the fourth quarter 2010.

Marc Olivier, the CEO of TV Numeric, said: "Offering programs from the Canal + Group is the benchmark for pay television, and we welcome this agreement, which will allow us to offer consumers the full pay-DTT channels and thus to consolidate the development of a pay offer based on thematic channels to high profile, Eurosport, Paris Première, Planète, LCI, TF6, which will add an innovative service of Push-VOD."
