Video Interview: E1’s John Morayniss

NEW YORK: E1 Entertainment has been ramping up its one-hour drama business. In this video interview, John Moyraniss, the CEO of E1 Television, discusses the company’s strategy. 

E1 has a current slate that includes Haven, based on a Stephen King novella, which has been sold to Syfy in the U.S. and around the world; Copper, for ABC and Global; and the CTV and CBS series The Bridge. Morayniss is also driving the company’s expansion into unscripted series, with work under way on a reality show featuring R&B star Faith Evans.
