Canadian Distribution Growth for Playhouse Disney

TORONTO: Family Channel has expanded the reach of its English-language Playhouse Disney channel to Telus TV.

The lineup of  shows on Playhouse Disney includes Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Handy Manny, Imagination Movers and Franny’s Feet. September will see the launch of a new season of Special Agent Oso on the channel along with a new season of the Canadian original production The Secret World of Benjamin Bear. New series Stella and Sam, based on the novels by Canadian author Marie-Louise Gay, will premiere on the network in January.
