Beyond Presents New Season of Chuck’s Day Off

SYDNEY: Beyond Distribution has a new season of the food series Chuck’s Day Off, with a number of deals already in place ahead of its MIPCOM launch.

The second series has already been picked up by Living Channel of New Zealand; Asia Food Channel in Southeast Asia; BBC Lifestyle for Poland; Ananey Channels in Israel; TV Paprika for Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia; Chello Central Europe; Sanoma Television in Finland and Globosat in Brazil. The series, originally launched at MIPTV 2009, follows the culinary adventures of a chef on his only day off each week.

Hans Rosenstein, executive producer of Chuck’s Day Off, commented, “We are tremendously pleased with the growing popularity of the series.
