New Doc to Capture Emotions of World Cup Viewers

PARIS: AB International has taken on the worldwide rights to the documentary Earth On Pause, which looks to capture the emotions of people from around the world as they are watching the World Cup final.

Around ten light crews, including a report, a sound mixer and a translator, will head out to different locations around the world to document the emotions of people watching in the final in real time. The 70-minute film is set to air on Canal + in France on July 18. The destinations include Ukraine, China, Brazil, France, Argentina, the U.S., Spain, South Africa and Cameroon.

Earth On Pause is directed by Marc Nardino and Thierry Gerberon, co-produced by La cuisine aux images, Grizzly Productions and Canal +.
