ID Adds to Primetime Lineup

SILVER SPRING: Investigation Discovery—profiled in World Screen’s Top 100 U.S. Cable & Satellite Channels report—is boosting its slate of primetime news magazines, adding shows with NBC/MSNBC legal analyst Dan Abrams and 60 Minutes correspondent Scott Pelley. 

Chasing Justice with Dan Abrams and 60 Minutes on ID are set to launch on the channel next month, joining a news magazine lineup that already includes 48 Hours and Dateline, as well as the original series On The Case With Paula Zahn. The half-hour shows premiere July 12, with CBS News Productions’ 60 Minutes on ID at 8 p.m., leading into Peacock Productions’ Chasing Justice with Dan Abrams, which pulls from the most intriguing stories featured on NBC’s Dateline, at 8:30 p.m.
