Globo Scores Novela Pickup in Eastern Europe

 BUDAPEST: Globo TV International has sold its International Emmy Award-winning telenovela India: A Love Story to TV3 in Latvia. 

The novela officially launched on the international market in January and has already sold to some 120 countries. The story tells of love that can overcome any obstacles. It stars Tony Ramos (Family Ties) and Lima Duarte (Shades of Sin), and was written by Gloria Perez, the author of The Clone. 

India is expected to launch on TV3 on June 28. Globo TV is at DISCOP presenting this novela and a range of other titles.
