Globo Makes Telenovela Sales in Uruguay

SÃO PAULO: Teledoce of Uruguay has picked up the rights to a host of telenovelas from Globo TV International’s catalogue, including India: A Love Story and Seize the Day.

Watercolors of Love will continue in the prime-time slot of The Favorite on Teledoce. The telenovela has already been sold to more than 12 countries since its launch at NATPE this year.

Also headed to the network is Paradise City, which will launch on Teledoce in a 5 p.m. slot. The drama tells the story of a love affair taunted by the whims of destiny.

These telenovela deals come in addition to the pickup of the documentary series GloboDOC Wildlife.
