Diva TV to Air Fergie’s Interview with Oprah

LONDON: Diva TV is to air the Duchess of York’s interview from The Oprah Winfrey Show, in which the former British royal addresses her involvement in a recent bribery scandal, on June 5.

The Oprah Winfrey Show: Sarah Ferguson Speaks Out will air on June 5 at 5 p.m. on Diva TV. In the episode, Winfrey opens the interview by playing Fergie the footage secretly filmed by the News of the World, which she had never seen before, of her accepting money in return for securing the undercover reporter access to Prince Andrew.

"We are the only U.K. channel which will be airing the exclusive interview with Sarah Ferguson on The Oprah Winfrey Show within days of the original U.S. broadcast," said Jon Farrar, the programming director for Universal Networks International, which owns Diva TV. "Diva TV is always at the forefront of all the entertainment news."
