Toei Scores Merchandising Deals in Latin America

LOS ANGELES: Several licensing deals have been closed by Toei Animation for Digimon Data Squad, Dragon Ball Z and Saint Seiya.

Editorial Vertice in Argentina has signed up to create coloring books for Digimon Data Squad. In Brazil, Algazarra will create toy figurines based on Dragon Ball Z, while Richtex will make a line of towels. Also for Dragon Ball Z, in Boliva, Pil Andina is to create a flavored milk product line. In Mexico, DTM is making a toy line for the property, Doobalo will make a line of socks and Bondy Fiesta is producing chewing gum.

For Saint Seiya, Riclan of Brazil is creating lollipop candy. DTM is creating a toy line and Doobalo is making a sock line for consumers in Mexico.
