Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Concert Sells Internationally

PALISADES PARK: A number of international broadcasters have signed on for the 25th Anniversary Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Concert, represented by Alfred Haber Distribution (AHDI).

The music event, which aired in the U.S. on HBO, has been sold to Turner in Latin America, WOWOW in Japan, YLE in Finland, NOS in the Netherlands, M-Net in South Africa, TV2 in Denmark and XYZ in Australia. Further pickups include NRK in Norway, Movie Central/Astral TV in Canada, Mega Channel in Greece, Canal Plus in Spain, SVT in Sweden and Dream TV of Turkey. The special has been made available in both the original four-hour HBO version and a specially edited three-hour (commercial running time) version. The event featured performances by, among others, U2, Mick Jagger, Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel and Steve Wonder.
