Jon Stewart & Stephen Colbert Extend Contracts

NEW YORK: Comedy Central has signed individual agreements with Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert to remain as the hosts of The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and The Colbert Report, respectively.

Stewart’s contract extension keeps him at The Daily Show through June 2013. He remains as host, writer and executive producer of the nightly news parody. Colbert’s deal sees him continue as executive producer, writer and host of The Report through the end of 2012.
