Vanessa Hill,  executive producer at The Foundation, commented: “We are delighted to be producing a third series of Tricky TV for CITV. We have scoured the length and breadth of the country to find some amazing young magicians who will feature alongside Stephen, who, as always, brings his own inimitable style to the show. In this new series, viewers can look forward to picking up some more tricks of the magic trade, but we still have a few tricks up our sleeve that will leave the audience guessing!”

Emma Tennant, the controller of CITV, added: “We are thrilled to have a new series of Tricky TV on CITV and are excited to be moving the format of the show forward by introducing new young aspiring magicians. Magic is something that has a universal appeal and fascination and Tricky TV is a hugely entertaining series which really resonates with our audience.”
