Broadcast Date Set for E1’s Rookie Blue

BURBANK/TORONTO: Global in Canada and ABC in the U.S. are set to premiere E1 Entertainment‘s new drama Rookie Blue (formerly known as Copper), starring Missy Peregrym and Gregory Smith on June 24.

Airing Thursdays at 9 p.m., the 13-part drama follows five inexperienced rookies thrown into the world of big city policing. Developed by Thump and produced in partnership with E1 Entertainment, Rookie Blue was commissioned by Canwest and picked up by ABC during development last year.
