Palin Takes Fox News Job

NEW YORK/ANCHORAGE: Former Alaska governor and 2008 vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin is heading to Fox News to serve as a regular commentator.

According to the network, Palin has signed a multiyear deal to offer commentary and analysis on Fox News, FoxNews.com Fox Business and Fox News Radio, among other platforms. Plus, she is set to occasionally host the upcoming Fox News series Real American Stories.

"I am thrilled to be joining the great talent and management team at Fox News," Palin said in a statement. "It’s wonderful to be part of a place that so values fair and balanced news."

"Governor Palin has captivated everyone on both sides of the political spectrum and we are excited to add her dynamic voice to the Fox News lineup," added Bill Shine, the executive VP of programming.
