4Kids Secures Licensing Agreements for TMNT, YU-GI-OH!

NEW YORK, September 19:
4Kids Entertainment has closed broadcast sales with key international buyers
for its animated action properties Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT):
Fast Forward and YU-GI-OH!
GX.

The 130×30-minute animated
series TMNT: Fast Forward will
air on Network Ten (Australia), Cartoon Network (Australia, New Zealand, India
and Philippines), Kids Central (Singapore), Indosiar (Indonesia), ABS-CBN
(Philippines), Momo Kids (Taiwan), TV3 (Malaysia), MNET (South Africa), Star
(Turkey) and MBC (Dubai). The series first launched in the U.S. on 4Kids TV in
September 2006, and the new season features the Turtles and their leader, Splinter,
in the year 2105.

The third season of the
YU-GI-OH! GX
franchise has been
licensed to Nickelodeon (U.K. and Latin America), GMTV (UK), RTL II (Germany),
Media Set (Italy), Canal J and Gulli TV (France), YTV (Canada), as well as
Network Ten (Australia) and Children’s Channel (Israel). The 155×30-minute
series is a top-rated show on Cartoon Network’s Saturday morning programming
block in the U.S. Season three welcomes its characters to the most prestigious
duelist-training academy in the world.
