About: Mondo TV Iberoamérica S.A. is an audiovisual content producer and distributor operating in Spain, Portugal, Latin America and the Spanish-speaking US. It was founded in January 2008 as Mondo TV Spain S.L – a distribution branch of the Mondo TV S.p.A animation catalogue directed at the Iberian and Latin American markets. Mondo TV Iberoamérica soon diversified into not only distribution but also production of youth fiction series, expanding its business with the production and co-production of audiovisual content for a wider audience within its strategy of consolidation and expansion at an international level. Today its work is focused on two main areas. The distribution and production in Iberian and Latin American markets of animated content and fiction series for children and teens remains an important part of the company's business. So too does the production and co-production of fiction content for a wider audience, for which Mondo TV Iberoamérica is co-producing fiction series with prestigious Latin American and European partners. In line with its expansion and growth plans, in 2016 Mondo TV Iberoamérica created a pre-production studio through Mondo TV Producciones Canarias. This has developed into an innovative 3D CGI animation studio. The Tenerife-based studio aims to establish itself as an international reference point for the creation, development and production of high-quality fiction and animation projects for the entire Mondo Group.
