Fuse Media has unveiled a new programming slate with both original and renewed series that lean into music culture.<\/p>\n
The cross-platform entertainment media brand is greenlighting two linear series that were initially incubated by the Fuse Content Studio for digital\u2014Bust It Open<\/em> and Struggle Gourmet<\/em>, hosted by chef Dariany Santana. Ming\u2019s Dynasty<\/em>, Genius x Fuse<\/em> and Unleashed<\/em> are also set to make their debuts. Made from Scratch<\/em> has been renewed for a second season, as has the adult animated series Sugar and Toys<\/em>. Additional renewals have been given to Big Boy’s Neighborhood<\/em>, Fuse Docs<\/em>, Fuse Films<\/em> and That White People Shit<\/em>. Fuse\u2019s short-form digital series include Like, Share, Dimelo<\/em>, Skip the Line<\/em> and Hype Market<\/em>.<\/p>\n Fuse Media recently announced Be Change, a call-to-action, social responsibility initiative. Its first iteration, Be Change: Be Home, features a series of on-air interstitials, graphics, digital and social media messaging aimed at keeping Fuse\u2019s audience informed, active and mentally stimulated while practicing social distancing amid the coronavirus pandemic. Additional content will roll out in the coming months.<\/p>\n Further, building off its 2019 Fuse Multicultural Insider<\/em> report, Fuse will release a continuation titled Empowerment. Going Beyond Representation and Inclusion<\/em> for 2020. It explores what the new definition of empowerment is to young millennials and Gen Z audiences, and what their expectation is of brands and content partners who are looking to be considered a trusted empowering partner.<\/p>\n Fuse Media Chief Content Officer J-T Ladt said: \u201cOur expanded content slate reflects an unwavering commitment to entertain and empower a young, multicultural audience through the unifying theme of music culture.
