He will report to Rob Day, the executive VP of production.<\/p>\n<p>Carr joins Endemol Shine from another senior VP of production position at Critical Content (formerly Relativity Television). He has also served as a producer on a number of Endemol Shine programs, including <em>Deal or No Deal<\/em> and <em>Fear Factor<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBrad brings with him a tremendous amount of experience, and he\u2019s someone I\u2019ve worked with many times in my career and have a lot of trust in,\u201d said Day. \u201cHe\u2019s already stepped right in and is helping us keep our many shows on track.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Carr added: \u201cI\u2019m thrilled to be back working with the talented team at Endemol Shine.
