FilmRise plans to release <em>Mountain Rest<\/em> in late 2018.<\/p>\n<p><em>Mountain Rest<\/em> tells the story of\u00a0aging actress Ethel (Conroy), as she gathers together her estranged daughter, Frankie (Sheil), and granddaughter, Clara (Dyer), at her remote cabin in the mountains for a weekend of reconciliation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlex O Eaton has crafted an unconventional family reunion drama with a unique, Lynchian sensibility beyond her years,\u201d said Danny Fisher, the CEO of FilmRise. \u201cWith\u00a0<em>Mountain Rest<\/em>, she has already established herself as a filmmaker to watch.
