As the CEO of All3Media America, Lipstone oversaw all day-to-day operations, as well as the companies under its\u00a0corporate umbrella, including Studio Lambert (Undercover Boss<\/em>) and Maverick (Chrisley Knows Best<\/em>). Lipstone was nominated for an Emmy Award for his work on Undercover Boss<\/em> and won for the All3Media\/CNN Original series United Shades of America<\/em>.<\/p>\n \u201cGreg\u2019s successful career as a packaging agent combined with his more recent experience on the production side, makes him an ideal executive to oversee Propagate\u2019s day-to-day operations,\u201d said Propagate\u2019s co-CEOs Ben Silverman and Howard T.
